Privacy Policy

This is a draft policy posted ahead of public launch. Final language will be reviewed by legal counsel before billing turns on. The substance below reflects how we intend to operate.

What we collect

• Account info: email, display name, language and unit preferences.
• Tank data: tanks, parameters, livestock, maintenance, breeding, equipment, expenses — anything you log.
• Photos: tank photos, livestock photos, test strip scans, health scans you choose to upload.
• Usage analytics: aggregated, anonymized event data used to improve the product.

How we use it

• To run the service you signed up for.
• To improve features and prioritize what to build next.
• To send essential account email (sign-in links, billing receipts, security alerts).
• We do not sell your data to advertisers, brokers, or third parties.

Third parties we use

• Supabase — database, auth, and file storage.
• Stripe — payment processing for Pro and lifetime plans.
• Anthropic — image analysis for strip scans and health scans.
• SendGrid — transactional email delivery.
• Firebase Cloud Messaging — push notifications on mobile.

Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, your data is removed within a 30-day grace period — after which all tank data, photos, and account records are permanently destroyed.

Your rights

• Export: download all your data at any time from Settings.
• Delete: delete your account and all associated data from Settings.
• Modify: edit or remove individual records at any time.
